In order to improve the quality of life for all citizens, the City of Krum strives to ensure safe, high quality development and construction in the City through thorough permit inspection procedures.
The City of Krum is under all of the 2009 International Building Codes, the 2008 National Electric Code, and all of the North Central Texas Council of Governments amendments to these codes.

Building Inspections
Building inspections are performed by North Texas Inspections. Please call 940-482-3491 [ext. 3] for inspections. Inspections that are called in by 9 a.m. will be done the same day. Please feel free to leave a message and include the following information: Date Needed, Site Address, Subdivision, Builder/Client Name and Phone Number & Inspection Type.
