COVID-19 Update: January 18, 2021 – Mayor Ron Harris is announcing operational changes out of an abundance of caution.

Effective Monday, 01/18/2021, City Hall will be closed to the public until Friday, 01/29/2021. The court docket/bench trial that were set for Tuesday, January 19, 2021 will be rescheduled. New notices will be mailed out.

City Hall staff are working their regular schedule and are available by phone to assist. If you have questions that need immediate attention, please contact the Court Clerk at mluna@cityofkrum.com or by phone at 940-398-7301.


According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), older adults and people with chronic medical conditions are at higher risk of serious illness from COVID-19. As the City continues to monitor the developing impact of COVID-19 in Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth area, additional precautions may be taken in the future to limit the risk to the community, including adjustments to other City facilities and services. We will continue to keep you informed.

The Municipal Court meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month virtually at 5:30 p.m. for the general docket.

Fines may be paid at City Hall from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday (closed for lunch between 1 and 2 p.m.) and 7:30 to 11 a.m. on Friday.
