COVID-19 Update: May 4, 2020 – All in person Municipal Court hearings have been postponed per the advisory of the Texas Office of Court Administration. All cases currently set for court between March 25, 2020 and May 31st, 2020 will be reset and notices will be mailed out. The notice will contain a specific date and time for which you are to appear by in order to dispose of your citation.
All upcoming due dates for citations or for any of the following: payment arrangement, submission of defensive driving documents, deferred disposition documents, proof of community service log / documents, or compliance dismissal documents, may be submitted via the following methods: Utility drop box, USPS mail, fax: (940) 482-3020, or via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org .
The court office is open and seeing defendants in person. Should you need to visit our office, we are only allowing one defendant in the lobby at a time and asking that a face mask be worn. We appreciate your understanding as we move forward together to provide the most efficient and quality service we can during this time.
The Municipal Court meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. at City Hall for the general docket.
Fines may be paid at City Hall from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday (closed for lunch between 1 and 2 p.m.) and 7:30 to 11 a.m. on Friday.
